Change Advisor & Mentor

I have over 20 years of experience in leading roles in HR & OD of global organizations across industries. In 2008, I founded CHRYSALIS Services – the Change Company®, a consultancy specializing in Change & Transformation Management, Complexity Management & Facilitation. I am bi-lingual in English and German.


I consult and support Executives and Teams in all people-related aspects of major transformation programs, such as organizational culture change or post merger integrations. In this context I focus my agility and adaptive approaches on integrating the people side of change into the business strategy. My broad experience and intercultural competence has benefitted multinational companies with which I have worked. Over the years I have become an expert in coaching leaders and teams in managing behavioral change in an evolving environment. Therein, I particularly emphasize the social, political and cultural aspects of adaptive collaboration.


I am a facilitator and speaker in the area of “Change Innovation” and “Diversity, Inclusion & Equity”.  In addition, I work closely with the Complexity Management Center of the University of Hertfordshire.
