MENTORING 

Thanks to my many years of experience as an executive and consultant and my commitment to gender equality issues, I feel privileged to pass on my knowledge to other women. As a mentor, I work with young entrepreneurs, female managers and women who are looking for a balance between work and family. Topics about the job, career development or the own company are always in the foreground. I convey the necessary knowledge and get the mentees to focus on their goals.
